eff.
the dress a drooling turquoise plus tan
i am a pool and you are a goddess
wishing the air was a cigarette.
and everything got so lonely i can’t really care anymore
bout the black hole dream where aunt katie did ballet in the tomato plants
and i was crying like a bebe
so get stoned in the coral and the ocean becomes plastic whisky
and the internet was still a poor idea trapped in an unfortunate oyster
while the others were wet, willing, and amicable pussies
cooing over eloping…some people get old and stop rocking out
fuck that
intact penis’ unite…and lisa? at the office? ok.
i swear to god i will allow mick jagger to make me cum one of these days
maybe if i stop sweating over hot busted mess combing curly salt hair in tinny supermodel land of the foxland
and on the 69th day god created tan lines to confuse everything in the universe

Girlfriends♥ ♥ ♥ http://girlfriendstheband.com
“Girlfriends play my favorite type of music: textured,
hook-heavy, fuzzy guitar-pop, informed by heavy doses
of 60s pop and 70s punk, a la Cloud Nothings or
Squarehead. The guy/girl vocals sound perfectly
monotone, guitars are overblown, bass is fuzzy. What’s
less comparable is their upfront lyrics, which are just
audible enough to catch occasional choice, resonating
one-liners. Girlfriends songs tackle political themes,
celebrate youth, and maintain an overarching
thoughtfulness that is generally unmatched by most
other fuzz pop bands I have heard in recent years.”

♥ ♥ ♥ Sweet Bulbs♥ ♥ ♥
http://www.myspace.com/sweetsweetbulbs “Sweet
Bulbs make dark and extremely catchy Cocteau Twins-
inspired noisepop … The songs are very 80s and lo-fi,
with a lot of texture and fun titles; shoegaze-style with
reverby guitars, decisively finished with singer Inna’s
dark, dreamy vocals…Their debut long-player,
Cybergaze — at once moody and sharp — will be sure
to grab recent fans of Big Troubles, the Bitters and
Veronica Falls. This will make you want to light some
candles and dance around during a time when college
radio still created bands like this.” http://
